This will give you the opportunity to brief me on your business, challenges, opportunities, and ideas. 2. Vision, Strategy, Framework, Roadmap to Success: Over the course of our 6-hour day, we'll work together to clarify your vision, create a robust strategy, and build an actionable expansion plan. This comprehensive roadmap will serve as your guide, leading you towards the results you desire. Whether you're looking to increase revenue, expand your customer base, or achieve personal growth, this day will provide you with the tools and insights to make it happen.
3. Business Review: Approximately 2-4 weeks after our strategy day, we'll reconvene on Zoom for a follow-up session. This is an opportunity for me to check in with you, address any questions or concerns you may have, and provide guidance on implementing your action plan. I'll be there to support you every step of the way, ensuring you stay on track towards your goals.
4. Email/WhatsApp Support: I understand that questions and challenges may arise between our strategy day and review session. That's why I offer ongoing support via email and WhatsApp. If you encounter any immediate queries or roadblocks, simply reach out, and I'll be there to provide the guidance and advice you need to keep moving forward.

The cost of the one-day strategy programme includes a comprehensive package designed to support your business growth and success. Here's what you can expect:
1. Briefing Session: To ensure we have a solid understanding of your business and its potential, we will have a 60-minute briefing session via Zoom. This session allows me to assess the current health of your business and tailor our strategy day to your specific needs.
2. Strategy Day: The heart of the programme is an 8-hour face-to-face strategy day. During this intensive session, we will work together to clarify your vision, create a robust strategy, and build an actionable roadmap to success.
3. Review Session: Approximately 2-4 weeks after the strategy day, we will have a second 60-minute Zoom call to review your progress and address any questions or concerns you may have. This follow-up session ensures that you stay on track and receive the guidance you need to implement your action plan effectively.
4. WhatsApp Support: In addition to the scheduled sessions, I provide ongoing support via WhatsApp. This allows you to reach out for immediate assistance or guidance between the strategy day and review session.
Payment for the programme is invoiced and due at the time of booking, prior to our initial briefing Zoom call. Please note that additional costs may be incurred for travel, refreshments, and room hire, where applicable. These costs will be discussed and agreed upon before the programme begins, ensuring transparency and clarity.
