Business Assessment
Our very first session together will be for me to make an assessment of your business, identifying any operational concerns or problems holding you back as well as the opportunities you have for personal and business brand development, growth and profitable expansion and the business priorities from your perspective.
Vision, Strategy, Framework, Roadmap to Success
Sessions will cover all business basics, including clarifying your vision, strategy, action and expansion plan – this will provide you with a map to follow to get the results you desire. We’ll work together to carve your business niche, client avatar and target market. We'll look at your pricing, costs, cashflow, accounts, organisational structure, communication, your leadership skills and business mastery. What we actually cover, and in what order, will be determined by your business assessment.
Operational
We deal with any operational concerns as they occur - whether it be staff, suppliers, service delivery, research, sales and marketing, profits, cashflow, building, maintenance, refurbishment, time management.... oh the list is endless, but I'm by your side to help you navigate each and every issue that becomes of concern
Mindset, Fears, Limiting Beliefs
Each time your business expands and you hit the proverbial "glass ceiling" we will deal with all the unnecessary fears and negative thoughts that arise so you're not held back and continue building momentum and taking action.
Accountability
I provide you with the accountability you may need to take the necessary action. It's so easy to put off doing what you know you should when you're the boss! So easy to spend time on the "easier to action" tasks rather than those that will achieve your dreams.
Business Review
We will conduct regular reviews of your business and progress and keep adjusting and detailing the action plan to ensure consistent and continual growth. Plus you will become expert at doing this yourself, which will enable you to make quicker and more effective decisions moving forward.

For any queries holding back your progress, operational dilemmas or to deal with any confidence / mindset issues getting in the way. The perfect quick solution when needed in between your consultancy and coaching sessions
Business Mastery Cost
This programme consists of 2 one to one sessions (normally delivered over zoom) per month.
The 1st session sessions lasts 120 minutes, and in addition to the session theme, we will look to set goals and targets for the month ahead.
The 2nd session lasts 60 minutes and in addition to the session theme we will take time to review your progress over the month.
In addition you'll be supported by email and what's app in between sessions.
There is a minimum 3 months contract, but many clients choose to work with me longer for on-going growth and results.
Payment is invoiced at the start of each month for the month ahead.
